Ordering goods

1. How can I order goods from your company?

  • You can order goods via our e-shop, by email, by phone, or in person at our branches in Prague 9 and Vsetín.

2. How can I check the current status of my order?

  • All information about the progress of your order can be found in your email and in your account as a registered customer.

3. Can I cancel my order?

4. How much time do I have to pick up my order?

  • For 7 business days after confirmation of complete stocking of your order, the order will be stored in our safes FREE OF CHARGE. After this period, storage will be charged.

Registration

1. Do I need to register in your e-shop?

  • Customers are not required to register in order to purchase goods and place orders. We have created a "Loyalty Discount" system as an incentive for registered customers.

2. Do registered customers have any additional benefits?

  • Our customers regularly receive discount vouchers for their orders, online overviews of their order status and postal deliveries, access to the "Watchdog" feature, a comparison tool for their favorite products, and, most importantly, they are part of our loyalty discount program.

3. Can I purchase goods as a legal entity?

  • Yes, we offer this option. Simply fill in the relevant details in our registration form. The information must match the details in the commercial register. The details are automatically checked by the ARES system.

Products

1. What categories of products do you offer?

  • Our offer includes gold and silver investment bars, ingots, and coins. You can also choose from a wide range of gold and silver coins issued by the Czech National Bank and gold and silver historical coins from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Czechoslovakia, Germany, and other countries. We also offer historical reissues and replicas.

2. Why do investment products change in price?

  • The price of gold and silver investment products (bars, ingots, coins) changes based on the movement of gold and silver prices on the stock exchange according to the LBMA (London Bullion Market Association), which is supervised by the Bank of England. This development is reflected in our selling and buying prices for the products we offer.

Investment metal price fixing

1. How are prices fixed?

  • All information on this topic can be found in the "Fixation conditions" section.

2. Up to what amount is the order immediately fixed?

  • Immediate fixation on any working day is up to CZK 700,000 / EUR 25,000 / USD 25,000.

Payment

1. What payment options are available in your online store?

  • You can pay for your e-shop order in cash, by bank transfer, cash on delivery, and the easiest method for you may be payment via QR code. This method eliminates any errors when entering payment details. The payment order is completed immediately after scanning the QR code.

2. How much can I pay in cash at branches in Prague 9 and Vsetín?

  • In the Czech Republic, Act No. 254/2004 Coll., on restrictions on cash payments, sets the maximum amount that can be paid in cash in a single day at CZK 270,000 / EUR 10,000 / USD 10,000.

1. Where can I visit you?

  • You can find our branches at the following addresses:
      • Prague 9 – Litoměřická 879/1, 190 00 Prague 9 - Prosek
      • Vsetín – VZP building, Smetanova 841, 755 01 Vsetín

2. What are the opening hours of your branches?

  • From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Branches are closed on weekends.

3. Is parking available at the branches?

  • Free underground parking is available in Prague 9. In Vsetín, parking is available at the VZP open-air car park.

Purchases

1. Which products can I sell for you?

  • You can offer any product from our range for purchase. However, you are not limited to our range. By completing the "Purchase Form," you will receive a valuation of your collection within 48 hours.

2. What percentage do you deduct when purchasing products that were not purchased from you?

  • We do not deduct any percentage from the purchase price of investment products that are in our offer but were not purchased from our company. You have the same conditions as our customers. We treat numismatic products in the same way, but please fill in the "Purchase Form" first, thank you.

3. How do you check the quality and authenticity of the goods?

  • We verify the authenticity and quality of the purchased product using a spectrometer and digital goldsmith's scales, and we measure the parameters using calipers in accordance with the official product data.
