American Eagle gold investment coin

The obverse of the coin bears the traditional motif of the statue of Lady Liberty holding a torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left. At her feet on the left is the Capitol building, on the right the year of issue. The circle is flanked by 50 stars representing the 50 states of the USA, with the text "LIBERTY" in the description at the top. The reverse side of the coin depicts a bald eagle, the national symbol of the United States. The current design in use, referred to as Type 2, has been minted since mid-2021 and depicts the bald eagle in profile in great detail. The space at the top contains the national mottos "IN GOD WE TRUST" and "E PLURIBUS UNUM". The coin features the name of the country "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", the face value and gold weight information.
