Fixing and payment conditions
FIXING CONDITIONS
Price fixing is the determination of the final price of investment products – investment gold/silver coins and bars. Within price fixing, we distinguish between fixing hours (working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and order fixing during night fixing and weekends.

PAYMENT TERMS
You can pick up your orders at our branch in Prague 9 or at the pickup point in our office in Vsetín. When picking up in person, you can pay in cash in the amount of CZK 270,000 / USD 10,000 / EUR 10,000.

In the Czech Republic, Act No. 254/2004 Coll., on restrictions on cash payments, sets the maximum amount that can be paid in cash in a single day at CZK 270,000.
