Cancellation of orders involving investment metals
Dear clients,
we kindly ask you to fill in the form intended for CANCELLATION of orders for investment metals (products whose price depends on stock market fluctuations). Specifically, this applies to all products in the following categories:
- Gold bars
- Gold coins
- Silver bars
- Silver coins
If a client requests to cancel an order and the sales department verifies the validity of the request, then if the order is:
a) Cancelled within 60 minutes of its creation / Request sent within 60 minutes - Automatically cancelled as requested and in favor of the client
b) Cancelled due to non-delivery of the order by the company within 25 business days - Automatically cancelled according to the request and in favor of the client
c) Other reason - Not automatically cancelled / case handled by the sales department
- The sales department will propose a solution and procedure for the case within 24 hours and send it to the client by email.
- In the event of a financial loss or existing costs incurred by the company in connection with the business case, the company will charge the client a cancellation fee of 1% of the total order value.
