Terms of delivery
You can pick up your orders at our branch in Prague 9 or at the pickup point in our office in Vsetín. Personal pickup is, of course, free of charge.

Czech Post guarantees delivery of your order throughout the Czech Republic on the next working day after dispatch. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number and you can track the status of your order online. Packages are insured up to CZK 1,000,000 per package, and shipments to Balíkovna are insured up to CZK 30,000.

- When accepting a shipment, it is necessary to check the security envelope for damage.
- Damaged shipments must be reported to the Czech Post due to possible loss or damage to the goods.
- Shipments are sent "To be delivered in person." The delivery person is required to hand over the shipment exclusively to you.
- The standard storage period for paid shipments at the post office is 7 days.
- The standard storage period for cash on delivery shipments at the post office is 5 days.
You can use Zásilkovna not only for shipments within the Czech Republic, but also to other countries, including Slovakia. You can track your entire shipment using a tracking number. Shipments within the Czech Republic are insured up to CZK 20,000, and shipments to Slovakia are insured up to EUR 700.

Slovak Post delivers shipments within 48 business hours at the latest. Delivery to the Slovak Post depot takes an average of another 48 hours. The shipment is therefore delivered to the address you provided within 4-5 business days on average. You can track your entire shipment using the tracking number. Shipments within Slovakia are insured up to EUR 20,000 per package.
